سياسة الاسترجاع

• Upon delivery, customers may open the package and carefully inspect the items in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.

• Orders cannot be partially accepted or refused upon delivery. Customers must either accept the entire order or refuse the entire order, according to the shipping company’s policy.

• If the customer chooses to refuse the order after inspection, the applicable delivery/shipping fees must be paid to the courier.

• Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the order is considered successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.

• Any exchange or return request after delivery will be handled according to FEMERA’s Return & Exchange Policy.

• Please make sure to carefully check the items, sizes, colors, and overall condition before accepting your order.

• عند استلام الطلب، يُسمح للعميلة بفتح الشحنة وفحص المنتجات بعناية في وجود المندوب                           

• لا يمكن تجزئة الطلب عند الاستلام. يجب قبول الطلب بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل، وذلك وفقا لسياسة شركة الشحن.

• في حالة رفض الطلب بعد فحصه، يتم دفع رسوم الشحن أو التوصيل المستحقة لمندوب الشحن.

• بمجرد قبول الطلب ومغادرة مندوب الشحن، يُعتبر الطلب قد تم استلامه وقبوله من قِبل العميلة.

• أي طلب استبدال أو إرجاع بعد الاستلام يتم التعامل معه وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بـ FEMERA.

• يرجى التأكد من فحص المنتجات والمقاسات والألوان وحالة القطع جيدًا قبل قبول الطلب.
