• Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please make sure your phone number, address, and delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order to avoid any delays.
• The courier may contact you before delivery. Please make sure your phone is available to ensure successful delivery.
• If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or inability to contact the customer, the order may be returned or cancelled according to the shipping company’s policy.
• If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer may place a new order through our website.
• Shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery location and are shown during checkout.

• في حالة تعذر تسليم الطلب بسبب عدم تواجد العميلة، أو وجود خطأ في العنوان، أو عدم إمكانية التواصل معها، قد يتم إرجاع أو إلغاء الطلب وفقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن.
• في حالة إرجاع الطلب بسبب تعذر التوصيل، يمكن للعميلة إنشاء طلب جديد من خلال موقع FEMERA.
